Example Retreat Itinerary
This is a typical retreat structure.
All retreats are tailored to your needs so if you’d like a little more time for reflection or relaxation between sessions, that’s fine. Just say.
Pre-retreat Zoom session
On booking we’ll schedule a pre-retreat meeting before your arrival at Pen View.
Day 1:
Welcome to Hebden Bridge and Day 1 of your retreat!
If travelling by train, I can collect you from Hebden Bridge station.
If you’re driving, we’ll meet at the property.
I’ll give you a quick tour of your accommodation then leave you to make yourself at home.
2.30pm to 4.30pm
First session of therapy.
Day 2:
10.30am to 12.30pm
Therapy session.
12.30pm to 2.30pm
Your personal time.
Prepare your own food ‘at home’ or take a walk into the town centre.
2.30pm to 4.30pm
Therapy session, followed by personal time.
Chill out, explore the town, or discover local walks or areas of interest.
Day 3:
10.30am to 12.00pm
Final therapy and assimilation session.
A farewell cuppa before you start your journey home.
Follow-up:
We’ll have a reflection and signposting session via Zoom 2 to 3 weeks after the conclusion of your therapy retreat at Pen View.
Optional extra nights
If you fall in love with Hebden Bridge or the Calder Valley and want more time to explore Halifax, Todmorden, Leeds or Manchester, why not stay on for an extra day or two at a reduced rate?
