I take your privacy very seriously and believe that maintaining your trust and confidence is of the utmost importance. I understand that due to the personal nature of our business privacy is extremely important. What sort of data I hold and how I store it:

I collect as little information about my clients as is practicable and store all sensitive information including case notes either on an encrypted laptop or in a locked filing cabinet in a secure place. I have carefully selected the third party data processors that will come into contact with your information as they have strong privacy policies and procedures and strive to keep the information processed by third parties to a minimum. I will never sell or share your data with a third-party marketing company.

 

What I do with your data (and what I don’t do)

I use your data to:

  • Contact you to arrange appointments
  • Send you relevant email communications and articles
  • Keep your client files up to date

 

Your right to erasure or opt-out

I have a legal requirement to keep case notes and client communications for a certain period of time, so I am unable to comply with requests to be forgotten. After this time period has elapsed your records are disposed of in a secure manner. However, you DO have a right to object to receiving my emails and other communications, and a right to ‘opt-out’ at any time which you can exercise by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email.
